Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. We will however work with customers to refund or replace unsatisfactory products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please report issues within two days of receiving your order for it to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds
We will evaluate refund/replacement requests on a case-by-case basis, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
