Each ribeye is hand selected and cut to ± 2" thickness. One steak per vacuum-sealed package.

We have tasted the ground beef and ribeye steak and are very fond of both. The ribeyes are very flavorful and we would rate it 8 out of 10 where 10 would be a Wagyu or Kobe beef. The steak goes very well with home fries, aspargus, and corn along with a tossed salad or sauted mushroom and onions. I would highly recommend both of these meat products although we would call the ground beef a 10 out of 10 when compared with other popular alternatives... great hamburgers and perfect for cookouts.

Absolutely delicious and better than a steakhouse. Amazing flavor and very nice marbling. Fantastic thick cut, perfect to avoid overcooking. I made it sous vide at 135F for 2 hours, then gave it a hard and hot sear on cast iron for a perfect medium. I love being able to get this kind of quality and flavor from a ranch directly. As an animal lover, it's important to me that the animals are treated well and humanely. However, most ranches and farms that I support do only grass-fed and grass finished, and I agree with Ribbonwire that grass-fed and grass-finished leaves something to be desired in terms of flavor and marbling. Being able to buy from them means that I can still support humane treatment of animals where they are able to graze and roam outside while also consuming delicious, organic meat. Best of both worlds and will be ordering again soon!
