Our organic tenderloin tails are cut from the tapered end of the tenderloin. These work great when cut it in medallions and pan-seared for a classic mignonette or simply roasted whole.
Each package contains up to two tails and are vacuum sealed. Might come in multiple packages, but we'll ensure total weight ordered is included.

* Due to processing restraints this cut will not carry the Certified Organic seal. The beef is of the same high standard as all of our certified products but unfortunately the processor used to package the beef is not yet certified, therefore this cut cannot carry the seal.
